Local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are invited to a free, interactive workshop designed to spark innovation and tackle real-world business challenges. Funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) as part of the Talent and Innovation Programme this session will help businesses adapt, grow, and thrive in today’s fast-changing environment.
The workshop introduces the Ingenuity Process—a proven methodology from Nottingham University Business School, successfully used by organisations like the NHS and Mitsubishi Chemicals—to co-create solutions around market entry, product development, and emerging technologies.
Participants will work alongside industry leaders and academic experts to generate practical, actionable strategies that foster innovation, intrapreneurship, and sustainable growth.
